Soccer fever is sweeping the nation.

Every where you turn, a different group of Island kids is hard at it, fine-tuning their pitch skills and building for a bright future.

The girls pictured above were playing in a GU-10 soccer game at Ft. Nugent. The opponents were a Coupeville squad sponsored by Coupeville Coffee & Bistro and the Purple People Eaters, who were repping AAA Mini-Storage.
