Spring sports finally reaches Whidbey. We hope.
After several rained out games in various sports, some reshuffled schedules and a bit of frustration, Coupeville High School plays host to its first home game in any sport of the new season today (Saturday, March 16).
The Wolf baseball squad is in town for a non-conference bout with Nooksack Valley. First pitch is 1 PM.
No rain as of 9:50AM, and the birds are tweeting (a bit), though the skies don’t look especially friendly.
