Basketball never ends.
It’s become a year-round sport, as athletes carve out time from other sports to get in games during what is technically the off-season.
Whether it’s high schoolers such as Aaron Trumbull and Wiley Hesselgrave, who played Sunday in a SWISH game against Friday Harbor, or middle schoolers such as Gabe Wynn and Paul Gallahar, who wrapped up their SWISH season at a tourney over the weekend (and beat Oak Harbor!), the game goes on.
One bounce of the basketball at a time.
