Hoses beat guns.
Holding on to their trophy, Whidbey Island firefighters bounced their cop counterparts 52-38 Saturday night to take the 2nd annual Guns vs. Hoses benefit basketball game.
Money raised from the popular event was donated to the Goheen family, who lost twin daughters Janesah and Janeah in a Halloween-night accident. Toys were also collected for the North and Central Whidbey Holiday House.
