The events change, the dogs change (sometimes), but the level of excellence achieved never wavers.

Coupeville High School grad Gabriella Gebhard has been operating at the top level in the dog showing world since day one, and nothing has changed.

The former Wolf, who breeds, grooms, and trains her own setters, continues to collect ribbons and accolades no matter where she competes.

Gebhard has been to the sport’s premium event, Westminster, more than once, and most recently attended the English Setter National Specialty events in Seattle.

She had multiple dogs in competition, including a young pup that she bred, Set’r Ridge’s Everlasting Promise.

Gebhard also worked with her first bred by male, Everest, as well as Atara, a veteran dam who claimed second place while currently pregnant.

Gabriella Gebhard, ruling the dog show world.

Gabriella Gebhard is gearing up for the big dance.

The Coupeville High School junior will be at the Westminster Dog Show May 13-14, her second appearance at the pinnacle of the dog showing world.

As she preps for the premier event, Gebhard has continued to pile up victories in the world of juniors.

In fact, she’s just one win shy of netting her 10th win and qualifying for the senior master’s class.

Also, Gebhard achieved a new distinction recently, guiding her first “bred by” dog to multiple awards.

Everest, or Set’r Ridge’s Climbing to the Top, as is his official AKC name, was whelped 2.5 years ago.

Gebhard, who helped bring her canine companion into the world, also grooms, trains, and shows him, and the duo competed last weekend in Cashmere.

While there, they brought home Best Junior Handler and multiple Best of Breed honors.

“Can’t wait to see what my “not so baby boy anymore” and me can accomplish next,” Gebhard said. “So proud of my blue boy.”

She’s kicking off 2024 with a bang.

Coupeville High School standout Gabriella Gebhard is posting some of the best stats of her already-stellar dog show career.

She’s currently #1 in the entire country in her age group for English Setters, while sitting #2 in Sporting Junior and All-Breed Junior dog handlers.

Gebhard is also celebrating the official arrival of her invitation to return to the Westminster Dog Show.

The top event in the United States, it goes down May 13-14 in New York.

It’s official.

For now, Gebhard and her prime pooch, Walker (Set’r Ridge’s Legend in the Making), continue to rack up awards and work the circuit.

“So, so proud of what me and Walker have accomplished with only being out at two shows this year so far!” she said.

“Love my best boy!”

Next up for the duo is an appearance at a show in Albany the last weekend in February.

They’re crisscrossing the country in pursuit of ribbons and dog show glory.

Gabriella Gebhard, who’s heading into her junior year at Coupeville High School, continues to soar in her specialized world, with a little help from her pooches.

Her main dog — Walker (Set’r Ridge’s Legend in the Making) — helped her nab an invitation recently to the English Setter National Top 20 event for junior handlers.

That comes on the heels of the duo claiming three more Best Juniors titles at a show in Canby, Oregon.

The strong showing moved Gebhard up into the top Juniors class, known as Masters, where she also took home the top prize.

The standout Wolf student/athlete has earned a staggering 11 Best Juniors awards across the past eight months.

Gebhard is building an army of award-winning pooches.

Gebhard also shows a second dog — Everest (Set’r Ridge’s Climbing to the Top), who is hot to trot in his own pursuit of grandstand glory.

Competing in Oregon, the tandem received Select Dog status, finishing right behind the top-rated English Setter in the USA.

With the five points he notched for that, Everest has rung up 15 of the 25 points needed to earn Grand Championship status.

Aiming for perfection.
