Let’s not be too gentle here — throwing a dog out of a moving vehicle, leading to that animal being hit by multiple vehicles and having to be euthanized — means you’re a scumbag.
There is no explanation which will change my opinion.

Personally, I would prefer the guilty party be tossed out of a moving vehicle themselves.
