Lathom Kelley carved a freakin’ swan out of a freakin’ apple!
And it still wasn’t enough to win an ultra-competitive throw-down to be named Mr. CHS Thursday night.
The Coupeville High School sophomore did win the talent competition, but it was Wolf senior, and fellow football player, Jake Tumblin, who scampered away with the title in the end, pocketing a crisp $100 bill for his efforts.
The annual competition is a wild mix-up of talent, slick moves and fashion show and raises money for the senior class.
