Be there or be square!
Possibly the best football team in town, the high-octane Coupeville Middle School gridiron squad, plays at home for the first, last and only time this season today.
Kickoff is 3:30 PM, location is Mickey Clark Field and the opponent is dastardly Langley.
The Wolves, led by the dazzling offensive plays of brothers Ty and Gabe Eck, the quarterbacking skills of Hunter Downes and not one, but two, female players — Raechel Kundert and Addison Rasmussen — thumped King’s 55-14 last week.
So, they’re good.
But the season wraps this afternoon. I’ll be at my real job, unfortunately, but you can tell me all about it afterwards.
