They are the future of Coupeville hoops, but they get their first taste of the spotlight today.
The pics seen above and below, which come to us from Julie Wheat, showcase young girls and boys who hit the hardwood for the Coupeville Youth Basketball Association this winter.
Which from this group will grow up to become the next Logan Downes or Haylee Armstrong and become an All-League dynamo for the CHS Wolves?
Only time will tell.
Until then we can daydream that each and every one of these kids will hit 6-foot-9 and turn Cow Town into Title Town.
Or, at the very least, enjoy their time playing God’s Chosen Sport. That works, too.
