Want a sports physical, but don’t want to go out of your way to set up an appointment with a doctor?
The Coupeville Booster Club is here to make things easy for you with an event May 22 at the high school gym.
Tentatively called “Night of 1,000 Physicals” (OK, I made that part up…), the event runs from 6-9 PM and is open to all CMS and CHS athletes.
Cost is $45 and proceeds will fund a needs-based college scholarship for a CHS athlete, which will be awarded May 2019.
Cash, debit cards and checks are all accepted.
You need to sign up prior to the event, and can do so at:

When you pop over there, you’ll also find a health history form to fill out and bring with you.
