She’s a social media star.
Coupeville grad Mia Farris was called out on Instagram Sunday by Whatcom College volleyball coaches — in a positive way — for hitting a major milestone number.
The former Wolf, now a college sophomore, was hailed for piling up 500 career digs (she actually has 509 and counting) while playing for the Orcas.
Farris has four regular season matches left to play, including a reunion with fellow CHS alumni Lyla Stuurmans October 30 when Skagit Valley College hosts Whatcom.
