Do a little work now, and a lot less work later.
That’s the plan, as Coupeville High School and Middle School launch a new online program for parents to register their children for athletics and activities.
The schools are partnering with Final Forms, an online forms and data management service.
All parents and students will be required to use the program starting this fall, but things are being launched now to ease the transition.
“It replaces all of our hard copies and will make communication between the athletic department, coaches, families, and students much more streamlined and instantaneous,” said CHS/CMS Athletic Director Willie Smith.
The program covers all Wolf athletic programs, as well as activities such as robotics and drama.
Final Forms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, erasing the need to enter the same information more than once.
Information can be verified online at any point, with signatures required once per year, as well as after updates.
“Thank you for your assistance in streamlining our paperwork,” Smith said.
