61 Wolves are alumni now.

The Coupeville High School Class of 2014, which included star athletes, brilliant scholars and the single most talented young woman to ever go through the school — one Mekare Alora Bowen — donned their caps and gowns and made their final walk Friday Night.

And sure, they may have listened to speeches, turned their tassels, tossed their caps and hit the road for Disneyland, but their graduation isn’t official until their names hit the internet in bold type.

How convenient that there’s this list just sitting here:

There was no insurance to be sold Thursday morning.

Ace photographer Shelli Trumbull abandoned her post at Cascade Insurance Agency (for a few moments, at least) to snap these pics of the Coupeville High School senior parade going by.

Graduation is 6 PM Friday and we assume Shelli and her camera will be there, as well.

They’re going to Disneyland.

Coupeville High School seniors will cap their graduation night festivities with a trip to Cali and the home of Cinderella and Buzz Lightyear this year.

Parents of Wolf seniors should try to be in the CHS Performing Arts Center 6:30 PM Wednesday, Oct. 30 for a meeting in which all the plans and such will be discussed at length.

The length of the trip, the requirements for each student and a detailed breakdown of how much merriment will be allowed on an hour-by-hour basis (just kidding, the Fun Police won’t be on the trip) will be on the schedule.

Payment forms ($150 per graduate, with financial help available) will also be handed out and explained.
