Wolf track continues to howl.

After competing at two meets in the past three days, Coupeville High School currently has six individuals and two relay teams sitting with a top 10 performance among all 1A athletes this spring.

Senior Makana Stone is the front-runner, with her name appearing on four different lists, two as a sprinter and two as a member of a CHS relay unit.

And one of those relay squads, the 4 x 200 team which includes junior Lauren Grove, freshman Lindsey Roberts and senior Sylvia Hurlburt, remains the fastest in its class.

Girls:

400 — Makana Stone (5th in 1A) 1:00.78

800 — Stone (10th in 1A) 2:25.86

4 x 100 — Lauren Grove, Lindsey Roberts, Stone, Sylvia Hurlburt (3rd in 1A) 51.37

4 x 200 — Grove, Roberts, Stone, Hurlburt (1st in 1A) 1:48.40

Boys:

1500 — Danny Conlisk (10th in 1A) 4:45.09

3000 — Jakobi Baumann (9th in 1A) 11:46.14

300 Hurdles — Lathom Kelley (4th in 1A) 41.48

Shot Put — Dalton Martin (9th in 1A) 45-03

Discus — Dalton Martin (2nd in 1A, 9th in all classifications) 158-05
