Wolf track continues to howl.
After competing at two meets in the past three days, Coupeville High School currently has six individuals and two relay teams sitting with a top 10 performance among all 1A athletes this spring.
Senior Makana Stone is the front-runner, with her name appearing on four different lists, two as a sprinter and two as a member of a CHS relay unit.
And one of those relay squads, the 4 x 200 team which includes junior Lauren Grove, freshman Lindsey Roberts and senior Sylvia Hurlburt, remains the fastest in its class.
