South Main Street will be hoppin’ Saturday.
The Coupeville Lions Club will be hosting their annual garage sale at the elementary school starting that day, and various factions of Wolf athletes will be taking advantage of the increased traffic.
The CHS volleyball squad will host a fundraiser car wash from 10-2 in the back parking lot at Windermere.
Meanwhile, a couple of doors down, volleyball mom/perpetual whirlwind Amy Briscoe and Co. will be movin’ dresses.
My Fairy Godmother, which collects and distributes inexpensive and free dresses to local girls for a variety of dances, will be having a sale in what used to be the insurance office right smack across the street from the elementary school.
An array of formal dresses will be priced at $20 and below, with proceeds going to benefit the MFG program.
So now you know. And knowing is half the battle.
