The camera steals the soul, or so they say.

Apparently that fear doesn’t run very deep in Wolf Nation, where fans have little compunction with staring directly at the thing going clicky-click-click.

The camera is seemingly everywhere.

With a record number of photographers clicking away on the prairie this fall, pics are falling like leaves bailing out of their former homes up in the trees.

The glossy images seen above and below come to us from a variety of paparazzi swarming the streets and ball fields of Cow Town, and we appreciate them all for taking the time to make the shutter do what she does.

The summer sensation has morphed into fall fashion, with Coupeville High School football fans flooding the prairie with pink as far as the eye can see.

Wolf fans build school spirit

They came, they saw, they built a wall of noise.

Wolf fans, many dressed as construction workers to honor the night’s spirit theme, came out in force Wednesday as Coupeville High School volleyball matched spikes and sets with visiting Neah Bay.

Capturing the off-court action, while dressed for his own audition with the Village People, wanderin’ photographer John Fisken delivers the pics seen above and below.
