From lil’ ones making their first visit to the gym, to elder statesmen with decades of time around the hardwood, the Wolf fan base is a sturdy one.

The camera is seemingly everywhere.

With a record number of photographers clicking away on the prairie this fall, pics are falling like leaves bailing out of their former homes up in the trees.

The glossy images seen above and below come to us from a variety of paparazzi swarming the streets and ball fields of Cow Town, and we appreciate them all for taking the time to make the shutter do what she does.

John Fisken enjoys doing crowd work.

It gives the ever-wanderin’ camera clicker a chance to schmooze with people, and it showcases the other side of the action.

While the games are played on the field, taking a moment or two to acknowledge the contribution of the fans is always welcome.

One night, two teams, one dream.

The Coupeville High School basketball squads take the floor Thursday night in their home gym, with La Conner the opponent, and District 1/2 titles (and berths to the state tourney) the goal.

The Wolf girls tip at 5:15, boys at 7:00.

As Coupeville prepares to bring the heat, a go-get-’em from some of their most-fervent fans.
