It’s the time of the season.

Fall weather is starting to roll in, replacing sun with fog and a slight chill, and Homecoming is upon us.

They brought the house down.

Coupeville High School seniors William Davidson and Skylar Parker were voted Homecoming King and Queen Friday, with the duo honored at halftime of the Wolf football game.

They were joined by a court which included six other members of the Class of 2024, plus two students from each of the other classes.

Cow Town became the Wild West Wednesday night.

Coupeville High School volleyball fans came out for the season opener attired in prairie outfits as the Wolves waged an epic battle with visiting South Whidbey.

Back to practice for them.

Just as the weather finally flirts with an actual springtime feel, the Coupeville High School girls’ tennis squad finds itself with a hole in the schedule.

The Wolves have a 10-day break between matches, not wielding rackets against another team until May 2, when they travel to Friday Harbor.

The calendar says spring, but basketball is always in season.

Coupeville High School players, both present and future, are taking part in off-season workouts and games right now, and we have some brand-new pics to prove it.
