The Coupeville High School cheer squad is back in business, and business is good.

Led by captains Lucy Crouch and Karyme Castro, the Wolves have rocked the home stadium in back-to-back weeks in support of their football-playing classmates.

There are still six regular-season games left on the schedule, plus a potential for playoff action, which will keep Coupeville’s spirit leaders busy.

As they put in the work, and revive the pride, a quick look at a portion of the team.

Faces, faces everywhere.

Crack Coupeville High School photographers Bailey Thule and Delanie Lewis snapped plenty of on-field photos at Friday’s football game, but their crowd work was especially impressive.

Capturing their classmates on film, they document the next wave of Wolf Nation in the pics seen above and below.

Dirty cars help make the wheels on the bus go round and round.

Coupeville High School cheerleaders were out and about Saturday, conducting a car wash fundraiser, with the money raised going to help fund a bus to carry the team to road games.

We can’t vouch for how clean photographer John Fisken’s own ride may be, but the wandering cameraman did stop off and snap the pics seen above and below.

The kids are all right, when it comes to operating cameras.

Under the direction of Coupeville High School yearbook advisor Jackie Saia, a platoon of click-happy students has been out and about snapping photos at sports events this fall.

The pics seen above and below capture some of the work of three of those young Wolves — Helen Strelow, Brenn Sugatan, and Delanie Lewis — as well as their mentor.

We look forward to seeing what else … develops … as they continue to hone their craft.

The stage awaits them.

A brand-new Coupeville High School cheer squad makes its home debut Friday night, when the Wolves host South Whidbey in a football clash at Mickey Clark Field.

But, before the yells and the stunts, its photo day, as seen above and below.

Ready to bring the spirit.

Coaches Tara Crouch and Jennifer Morrell keep a watchful eye on things.
