Though if sucking on a pacifier keeps a hoops coach from getting a technical while dealing with blind refs, toddlers everywhere may need to keep an eye on their accessories.

There’s a new lineup in place.

With the general election certified, the Coupeville School Board moved forward Thursday, welcoming a new director, acknowledging the return of another, and choosing its leaders for the next year.

Charles Merwine, who was elected to replace the retiring Christie Sears, and Alison Perera, who won reelection to her post, were sworn in.

They join Nancy Conard, Sherry Phay, and Morgan White on the five-person board.

Later in the meeting, White was chosen to be the board’s new president, while Conard was tabbed as vice president.

Everywhere a runner, almost everywhere a camera.

Wolf Moms were all over the course Saturday as Race the Reserve took over the prairie.

The event, which features a half marathon, 10K, and 5K, is the biggest fundraiser for Coupeville High School’s senior class.

It’s official — they’re grads.

The Coupeville High School Class of 2022 came together for one final time Saturday, receiving diplomas and congratulations under sunny skies.

Along for the ride was Wolf Mom (and school board director) Morgan White, who offers up the pics seen above and below.
